Bio

I was born and raised in Bulawayo, in Zimbabwe which is located in southern Africa. After I graduated from high school I moved to London, England where I attended the University of North London. My undergraduate degree is in French and I spent a year abroad in Besancon, France. I attended the Centre de Linguistique Appliquee. It was during this time that I began to develop an interest in Spanish. During Spring Break that year I took a trip to Barcelona, Spain and knew that I eventually wanted to study Spanish.

After graduating from college, I moved to Chattanooga. The demand for French teachers was not high and so I started taking classes at Chattanooga State. After completing classes at Chattanooga State I worked on my Masters at UTC.

I enjoy travelling and have been to Costa Rica, Mexico, Spain, Portugal. My goal is to visit Australia and New Zealand one day.
